MMP (Managing Multiple Playlists)

MMP (Managing Multiple Playlists) is a VLC extension written in Lua.

The main purpose of this extension is to create a playlist based on other existent playlists combining them. To get this combined playlist MMP gets the playlists from the media library and presents a window to configure varios parameters for the combination to take effect: order, consecutive number of tracks, type of selection…

For instance, this extension can be used to combine song playlists with playlists with ads to play that on radio stations or to combine, in an easy way, playlists from diferent users to get some kind of heterogeneity.

MMP is free software distributed under GNU/GPL license. You can find a copy of the General Public License here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html

The extension has been tested on Ubuntu 10.04, Windows XP and Windows Vista. VLC 1.1.3+.
